- Quotations: Quotations provided via email or inquiry responses are valid for the period specified in the quote (typically 15–30 days) due to market fluctuations in raw polypropylene (PP) resin and kraft paper prices.
- Tolerance Standards: As custom industrial bag manufacturing involves extrusion, weaving, and heat welding, standard industry tolerances apply to dimensions (±5mm), fabric weight/GSM (±5%), and color matching (Pantone standards).
3. Intellectual Property & Custom Printing Artwork
- Website Content: All text, images, graphics, product logos, and design elements on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Fangyuan Packaging and are protected by international copyright laws.
- Customer Artwork & Logos: Clients retaining OEM/ODM services warrant that they own or hold authorized licenses for all logos, trademarks, and artwork submitted for custom bag printing. Fangyuan Packaging accepts no liability for trademark infringements resulting from client-provided graphics.
4. Payment Terms & Order Confirmation
Formal production orders are governed by written Sales Contracts or Proforma Invoices (PI) agreed upon by both parties. Unless otherwise stated in the contract:
- Production commences upon receipt of the agreed deposit and final sign-off on the digital/physical printing proof.
- Balance payment is due prior to shipment or against the presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L) copy as per contract terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
Fangyuan Packaging shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, minor color deviations on screen displays, or shipment delays caused by force majeure events (e.g., severe weather, port congestion, customs delays, or global trade restrictions).
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate trade agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the commercial laws of the People's Republic of China, without prejudice to recognized international commercial trade customs (Incoterms 2020).
