A leading manufacturer of waterproof putty was using standard woven bags but found that the print quality was too low for premium distribution channels, and moisture seepage was affecting the product's shelf life.
We transitioned the client to our BOPP Laminated Woven Bags. This wasn't just about looks. The BOPP film creates an airtight barrier that keeps fine powders dry and prevents clumping, even in humid environments. For branding, we used high-definition rotogravure printing to achieve a crisp, professional look that stands out on the job site. The bag structure was reinforced to handle 15kg-20kg loads safely.
