Forage and Grass Seed

Seed carries a retail price that has nothing to do with its weight, so the bag has to sell the product before it is opened. BOPP film holds photographic artwork and fine gradients that plain woven fabric cannot reproduce, and the gusseted structure keeps a 25kg bag standing square on a retail shelf instead of slumping.

Fertilizer and NPK Blends

Lamination blocks moisture pickup during storage, while the woven core keeps the tear strength needed for 25kg and 50kg handling. For hygroscopic blends, an inner PE liner can be added without changing the outside appearance.

Animal Feed and Grain

Feed bags face two problems at once: moisture that causes mould, and light that degrades fat content. An opaque BOPP layer handles both, and the print surface lets a feed mill carry its full brand system rather than a one-colour logo.

Crop Seed and Treated Seed

Treated seed requires a bag that will not leak dust through the fabric. Lamination closes the weave, and the sealed bottom removes the stitch holes that let fine treatment powder escape during transport.

8-Colour Print & Batch-Level Print Control

Artwork is proofed on the actual film before production, and the first off-run is compared against the approved sample under standard light. Colour density, registration and film adhesion are checked through the run, so the tenth thousand bag matches the first.
